Disney Resort Arrest After Seating Dispute

Afterward, the manager followed her while attempting to recover the identification badge immediately. Meanwhile, the confrontation continued near another area of the resort property.

Investigators also reported that several glasses fell and broke during the disturbance. Consequently, property damage occurred, although officials estimated the losses remained relatively limited.

Neither employee reported serious injuries following the encounter, according to information gathered afterward. Additionally, both individuals declined medical treatment while expressing interest in pursuing charges.

During questioning, the woman acknowledged becoming upset during the interaction with restaurant personnel. She reportedly explained that comments involving her disabled daughter contributed to her frustration.

Investigators said she admitted to throwing water-filled glasses during the argument with management staff. Furthermore, she acknowledged removing the employee identification badge during the incident.

The woman stated that she intended to photograph the badge before filing a complaint. However, she also acknowledged that the employee had not authorized its removal.

Authorities later issued a trespass warning and informed her about future restrictions. Additionally, officers advised that returning to the property could result in further legal consequences.
