United Airlines is raising the bar in business class travel. On Tuesday, the airline announced its new Boeing 787-9 jets will debut exclusive luxury suites, beginning in 2026. These new Polaris Studio suites offer unmatched comfort and high-end services for international travelers.
Each Boeing 787 will feature two of these studio suites at the front of the business class section. These suites are 25% larger than United’s current premium business class seats. They come with 27-inch 4K OLED screens, private sliding doors, and Starlink internet connectivity.
Passengers can expect luxury touches, including an amuse-bouche of Ossetra caviar, upscale skincare kits, and premium entrée selections. United Airlines luxury suites with caviar service will deliver an entirely new inflight experience.
In total, each aircraft will offer eight lie-flat suites with aisle access and ottomans for guest seating. The airline also plans to upgrade its standard business class seats. These seats will now include sliding doors and 19-inch 4K OLED screens.
The first deliveries of the new Boeing 787-9 aircraft are expected before the end of 2025. United’s first international flights using these planes will begin in 2026. Destinations will include San Francisco to Singapore and San Francisco to London.
By 2027, around 30 of these advanced aircraft will be in service. United Airlines luxury suites with caviar service will be a highlight of this rollout. These upgrades support United’s efforts to lead in premium long-haul travel.
United says the new aircraft interiors will feel brighter, fresher, and more inviting. In addition to suite upgrades, food service across the cabin will also improve.
Andrew Nocella, United’s Chief Commercial Officer, said the enhancements will help United grow into the next decade. He emphasized the importance of providing the most premium experience for global travelers.
With these changes, United aims to offer the highest percentage of premium seats among U.S. carriers. Travelers can look forward to comfort, innovation, and service that go far beyond current standards.
