Florida Man Chris Brown Shoots Sons in Violent Family Dispute

A disturbing incident unfolded in Ruskin, Florida, as a father allegedly attacked his own children. Florida man Chris Brown shoots sons during a violent encounter that left all three injured and shaken.

According to police, Chris Brown, 36, confronted his three sons while they were walking to a community pool. The children had been avoiding their father due to earlier conflicts at home. Despite this, Brown approached them in a vehicle, carrying a loaded firearm.

As he neared one son, Brown allegedly struck him in the face with a pistol. The weapon discharged during the assault, grazing the boy’s face and injuring his ear. The violent action appeared unprovoked and left the child bleeding and disoriented.

Immediately after that, Brown retreated to his vehicle. His other two sons rushed toward him, shocked and angry. At that moment, Brown allegedly opened fire on them as well. Witnesses nearby heard the gunshots and alerted authorities.

Detectives quickly gathered video surveillance from the area. Footage showed Brown striking the first boy and then firing shots as the others ran toward him. The evidence led investigators to act swiftly.

Later that same day, Brown reportedly called one of his sons. During the call, he said, “I tried to take your life.” He also warned, “You won’t make it to Wednesday.” The son recorded the conversation and gave the recording to deputies. He identified the voice as his father’s.

Florida man Chris Brown shoots sons, then adds more trouble by resisting arrest when deputies locate him. Authorities arrested him and added more charges. These include resisting arrest, two counts of burglary, and criminal mischief.

Brown now faces multiple serious charges. These include two counts of attempted murder, three counts of aggravated assault, and three counts of aggravated battery. He is also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm. Brown remains in custody and is ineligible for parole.
