Riverbed Technology has introduced new AI capabilities to its observability platform, helping enterprises resolve technical issues faster. The update features three key innovations: IQ Assist for visualizing problems and recommending fixes, Predictive AI for identifying potential issues before they impact users, and Agentic AI (coming Q2) for automating solutions through drag-and-drop agents.
The company also enhanced its Unified Agent with new monitoring modules for collaboration tools like Zoom, Intel device connectivity, and network traffic analysis (NPM+ Packet Capture, launching Q3). These additions complement Riverbed’s existing petabyte-scale analytics engine, which powers troubleshooting for most Fortune 100 companies.
“These AI-driven tools deliver real ROI by transforming how enterprises monitor and optimize their environments,” said CEO Dave Donatelli. Most features are available now, with full rollout completing later this year.
