Florida Man Trapped in Acid Attack Horror

In a disturbing case of domestic violence, a Florida man has died following an acid attack horror that shocked the local community. The man, identified as Robert Heyden, suffered severe injuries after his wife allegedly doused him with a corrosive substance and locked him inside a room.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence in New Port Richey. Officers heard screams coming from a locked bedroom. They quickly forced entry and found Heyden covered in chemical burns. He was still conscious but in extreme pain.

Authorities claim the man’s wife, Chuanying He, carried out the brutal acid attack horror. She allegedly used both a wooden bar and wire to lock the bedroom door from the outside, preventing his escape.

Paramedics rushed Heyden to a hospital in Tampa. Despite emergency care, he died from his injuries days later. Doctors confirmed the cause of death was due to chemical burns and organ failure caused by the corrosive substance.

Investigators later arrested He at the scene. She reportedly confessed to attempting to kill her husband. Law enforcement said she admitted to planning the attack and told officers she had poured the acid on him while he was asleep.

Court records revealed that the couple had been married for only one year. However, they were in the middle of divorce proceedings when the incident occurred.

He now faces charges of first-degree murder and aggravated battery. Authorities labeled the case as an intentional act of extreme domestic violence. She remains in custody and has not yet entered a plea.

Neighbors expressed shock, saying the couple rarely interacted with others. Investigators are still working to determine what chemical was used in the acid attack horror.

This acid attack horror highlights the dangers of escalating domestic disputes. Police are urging others to seek help before violence erupts.
