Fiery Crash Kills Girl on Mother’s Day as Mom and Sister Suffer Critical Injuries

tragic accident devastated a Texas family. The fiery crash kills girl after a suspected drunk driver veered off Interstate 45 in Conroe.

Officers arrived at the crash site to find two burning vehicles. A mother and her two daughters, ages 3 and 5, were inside a disabled Toyota Camry with a flat tire. They had parked safely on the shoulder.

Suddenly, a Honda Civic traveling in the HOV lane swerved into the shoulder. The Civic struck the Camry with full force. Within seconds, both cars burst into flames.

Immediately, first responders jumped into action. They rescued the 26-year-old mother and her 5-year-old daughter from the wreckage. However, the 3-year-old girl, Camiria, tragically died before help arrived.

Meanwhile, paramedics rushed the surviving family members to a nearby hospital. Both remain in critical condition with severe burns and injuries.

According to relatives, the mother, Shavhon White, and her daughter Chloe are still fighting for their lives. The family started a fundraiser to help with medical costs and funeral arrangements for Camiria.

Undoubtedly, the fiery crash kills girl, leaving an entire community heartbroken.

Shortly after the collision, authorities identified the Honda Civic driver as 55-year-old Donald Carson. Although he sustained injuries, investigators say he caused the crash while driving under the influence.

Soon after conducting an investigation, police charged Carson with intoxication manslaughter and two counts of intoxication assault. Once doctors release him from the hospital, officers will transfer him to Montgomery County Jail.

Conroe Police Chief Jon Buckholtz expressed outrage over the incident. He stressed that the crash could have been avoided. Additionally, he promised to work closely with prosecutors for a strong and swift response.
