Cindy Rodriguez Singh Added to FBI’s Most Wanted List

Cindy Rodriguez Singh, a Texas mother, recently joined the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. Authorities accuse her of killing her young son, Noel Alvarez. Consequently, the case has drawn national attention, and officials ask the public to help locate her.

The FBI confirmed Cindy Rodriguez Singh, now 40, disappeared after boarding an international flight to India. Meanwhile, her son Noel was six years old when he vanished. Family members repeatedly reported concerns about Noel’s health, saying he appeared malnourished and unhealthy.

Because of these worries, Noel’s family contacted police multiple times. As a result, officers from the Everman Police Department visited Rodriguez Singh’s home. At that time, she claimed Noel stayed in Mexico with his biological father. However, police later proved this claim false.

Shortly after the police visit, Cindy Rodriguez Singh fled the country with her husband and six other children. They boarded a flight to India and have not been seen since. Moreover, investigators deployed cadaver dogs to search her property. The dogs indicated possible human remains beneath a newly built concrete patio.

Following these findings, authorities charged Cindy Rodriguez Singh with capital murder for her son’s disappearance. Noel had mental and developmental disabilities. Reports also reveal Rodriguez Singh believed her son was possessed by a demon and posed a threat to her other children.

Currently, the FBI offers a reward up to $250,000 for information leading to Rodriguez Singh’s arrest. FBI Dallas Special Agent in Charge R. Joseph Rothrock said adding her to the Ten Most Wanted list raises public awareness. He also expressed confidence this exposure will help capture her.

Craig Spencer, Everman’s city manager and former police chief, called this a “powerful moment” in the case. He promised the community that authorities will keep searching until Cindy Rodriguez Singh faces justice. Furthermore, he urged anyone with information to come forward immediately.

Finally, the FBI and local law enforcement agencies urge the public to report any tips about Cindy Rodriguez Singh’s whereabouts. Investigators prioritize this case as they work to bring justice for Noel Alvarez.
